Submission Format and Publication

The submission format is PDF and TOTAL NUMBER OG PAGES INCLUDE BOTH ABSTRACT AND REFERENCES. Submissions are not blinded and papers do not need to be anonymized. Consult the IEEE publications page for information on formatting. Papers will be submitted through the EasyChair portal and review system. AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR MUST MAKE A FULL REGISTRATION FOR AN ACCEPTED PAPER. Early or regular student registration counts as a full registration.
